There are many sites on the internet that claim they can sell you plans and instructions on how to convert your car to run on water. While most of these sites are genuine in their beliefs that they can help you curb your addiction to the oil corporations around the world, there are still those few out there that are just in it for the money. As they say, a sucker is born every minute. Try not to be one of those suckers.
Take the time to research the material you are seeking in full detail before you decide to pay out any money on something that may, or may not, be able to work for you. You should also think about talking with a certified mechanic on any processes that you are researching to see how difficult, or even impossible, it might be to make work. However, if you have a fairly good understanding of the mechanical workings of an internal combustion engine, you just might be able to accomplish this on your own. Not to mention the fact that your entire system, from the heads to the cylinders, and even the exhaust should be coated in a water resistant material such as ceramic. While it may not do much damage in the short term, eventually the exhaust, which is water and water vapor, will rust out these systems entirely and cause significant problems. This could require you to replace the entire exhaust system and engine. Keep this in mind when you are seeking that ever cheap kit to convert your car to run on water. It may cost you more then you thought in the long run.
